It seems to do the trick, but you must use a fast charger wall outlet, otherwise, it takes forever to charge my phone. Was a great clearance price too.

This charging pad branded as an essential is missing an essential part: there is no power converter. No wonder why the price is so low, they leave out an essential part. Yes, I could plug it in to another USB charger, but that's not the point. I bought this so I could leave it on the kitchen counter, but no where in the product description did it say anything like, "Power converter sold separately." This tastes like a bait and switch. Maybe it's reasonable to sell a wireless charging pad without a power supply, BUT THEN YOU NEED TO SAY SO SALIENTLY IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. Perhaps this product deserves a top rating as a charger, but how would I know since I can't plug it in?
