    This item works very well when i hook it up to my TV and headphones. My issye is that although there is no break in any of the wiring, it now only allows listening in one ear. It seems that the wire near the plug where you plugin the the headphones, although there are no breaks, somehow acts like the wire is broken or damaged and does not allow any sound to come through. This happens with all these types of cables.

    Simply a 3.5mm auxiliary extension cable, 1/4 inch jack to 3.5mm, and a 3.5 to 1/4 jack adapter. Works as expected.

    These do not create a reduction for the TV Headsets I purchased. They are longer than I needed, but allows me to back away from the TV when I need to do something.

    I bought this to get the adapter to plug in my karaoke mics. It did work, not great though. The small adapter doesn't transfer sound that great. It makes sort of a scratchy noise.
