    Did exactly as described. Needed a way to convert a 1/4” down to a 3.5mm. This worked like a charm.

    The adapter seems as though it’s not making good contact with the extension cable, I have to twist the plugs back and forth to get both channels to work with the head phones.

    I purchase these for coverting from 1/4 to 3.5mm to be used into a XBOX wireless controller. But my issue inner connection do not have a tight fit so when you move around; the static or popping will occur in the headphones.
