Purchased bluetooth speakers, a mini-mixer, and wireless microphones. This adapter provided the right size connectors between these equipment pieces. I have an extra adapter left over and can use it for something else in the future,

The 1/4 jack is loose in the stereo, and cuts out if the cable moves at all. The connection between the headphones and the cable (female end) does not make good contact, and has to be manipulated and held in position, or it hums and cuts out as well. Very poor quality for the price paid. Unfortunately the package got recycled or I would have returned it.

It's unacceptable that the 1/4 jack is loose and prone to cutting out, and the connection between the headphones and cable doesn't make good contact, causing humming and cutting out issues.
