Didn't notice any interference with it despite being grouped alongside other cables. This is my second cable of this type as my first eventually went to my wife for using.

I have to hold the end in a certain way to get both ears to work. The earplugs do work well, I tested them. I was told they're all the same way and I'm partially deaf, so I use them at night so I don't disturb others.
