Because my camera purchase was an open box, a charger cord was not included. I purchased this one and it worked perfectly.

Just what we needed for our older headset that doesn't stay charged very long anymore. Perfect length to be bale to sit in the our gaming chair and still have a way to charge the headset while we game

I'm in my 80's and computer illiterate. The overall rating would be 5 stars if I knew what to expect when replacing a very old computer. After explaining I wasn't computer savvy and how I'd use the computer, I explained the computer I was replacing was old, as were the printers. I needed adapters to match my old equipment to my new computer and had to make several trips back to Best Buy until I got that right. My old printers no longer had drivers that would work on Windows 11. I paid to have the programs and drivers moved from my old computer and my new one and made three trips to Best Buy to get some of them transferred. Luckily I copied all of my documents myself because they weren't transferred. A very nice professional Geek Squad double agent named Patrick Barnard came to our home. Patrick soon had the equipment that would work with the new up and running, knew how to use the TV set to get the WIFI info and had that up and running, and provided much need to know information in a short period of time. I didn't know enough to ask some questions I now have, but it was Patrick's fault. I believe Best Buy and it's Geek Squad should develop a list of things people like me should know when they're buying a computer because of all of the changes being made to operating systems and equipment. That would include a list of programs that might need to be replaced, printer connection problems because of changes, etc. Patrick Barnard had the information and help I needed. He saved the day for me, but an info sheet like I previously mentioned would have helped a lot.
