This means it will NOT support a mic or volume/mute controls. That said, solid little extension for an AUX cable.

The Cable Box for the TV is on a book shelve next to the TV but on the top TV. Feeding to the receiver was an inch or two short. Fixed it.

No sound distortion at all. Highly recommended!

I installed a Ham Radio and put 2 speakers in, one for each band. I was short like about a foot on both, so I had to get these to make up for it. Works fine.
