The second output on my TV was a PCM (Pulse-Code Modulation) digital. This is equally good to the Fiber Optic digital. This digital orange cable connected from my TV directly to my Vizio Sound Bar. The Dolby sound quality is outstanding.

It was nice to be able to walk into a store and buy it immeidately. Just like the good old days. I miss the days of when you could listen to a variety of audio equipment and choose. Different business models today. I do appreciate that Best Buy still has reatail for at least some items.

Needed cable to connect Bose and Satellite TV Box

The cable is made with quality products, doesn't feel like its cheap. The cable is a quality product.

The other is optical cable. Both must not be damaged or bent. In my case, my 2nd DVD (Blu ray) player did not have optical out but has coaxial. Inexpensive Best Buy brand and works.

I'm using it between my gaming computer and a Vizio soundbar and subwoofer. I'm already using the optical in on the Vizio so this was next. It works great. The sound is amazing and I'm completely satisfied.

This setup is relatively old, but this cable handles it great with the RCA connections that I needed. Set it and forget it (until it's time to upgrade :) )
