I asked a memeber of the Geek Squad and they provided me with this cord. It worked perfectly and my presentation went well.

Cost Effective For What You Need

Let me see I can buy three of these or the actual name brand item. I'd rather throw away a broken cable and use one of the other two I bought. So in effect kid proof as they don't care about how much YOU paid for the cable anyway.
