    Bought this to try and do a dual monitor with my MacBook air 2014 and macbook pro 2020 but didn't work. The cord itself worked when trying to hook it to a TV though. Overall a good product to use if you are just trying to connect your old MacBook to another monitor, just not another MacBook.
