    The cord and plug are fine but it doesn't stay in my phone when charging. I think it's the phone however.

    Best buy sent me a $10 gift card. I went to the store to buy a new charger cord. The sales associate was very helpful and found exactly what I was looking for. Because the cord was $9.99 I couldn't use the giftcard until i bought something else. I was not surprised by this.
