Best Buy replaced it and the second one failed after 2 years. I would say it got moderate use (once or twice per week, 6 months per year). Both broke where the AC tabs fold into the body. The mechanism design must be weak. It was relatively inexpensive. I'm going to replace it with another brand at Best Buy.
