Customer support basically said "Oh well, return it or go to store to exchange it." Just look at all that tape on the box in the photos!! Opened box items were half the price. Do better Best Buy...this reminds me of why I don't shop with you often.

Great charger

One downside of this is too much bending will expose the wire. Eventually, it stops working once that occurs. If the product is well taken care of it will last. My 8 years have owned 2 so far. My 12-year-old hasn't needed a replacement. If you're wondering if it's actually a fast charger. It's is and the cord length is perfect.

The insulation on the wires was falling off, exposing the inner wire. A friend had purchased this same three-pack a few months ago and said they were a lot thicker cables than what I had so I made the purchase. These are very robust cables. I'm not easy on my chargers. They go through the proverbial "wringer" on a daily basis. These have already proven to be able to handle the abuse. I'd buy them again.
