Problem with Samsung tv controller

The only way to charge the tv control was to return to the story and purchase this cable as the controller couldn’t be charged with out it. In talking to clerks at Best Buy, they noted several other customers had had similar control problems with Samsung remotes.

So we went to Best Buy and purchased a very nice one! Shortly after that we miss placed the sink cord, so of course we went to Best Buy and purchased a new one it works perfect, shortly after purchase we found the original so now we have to all thanks to Best Buy. Best Buy is our place to go for most everything.
