All I wanted was a normal plug-in unit to hang off the back of the radio.

Previously I had no AM antenna so now iIcan at least get a few AM stations and I may keep it for that alone.

It has nearly the same performance as a regular telescopic or wire antenna. Not really worth the price imo. If youre in a pinch for one this will do the job, just get it on sale or discount.
