Avoid Best Buy brand antennas - poor quality

The Best Buy brand antennas simply do not work well. And then with Best Buys' incredibly short 14-day return window, they don't you return items easily. Best to buy on Amazon where you can more easily try out an item and return it if it is not working well.

I bought this online and went to the counter, according to the signs for online pickup, and waited 10 minutes while a geek squad type ignored me. I finally asked an employee (the 4th that had passed me by) of she (i used that pronoun) could keep me. She condescendingly said, "You're supposed to go to the check out for online orders!". I said, that's not what the signs say... "Everybody knows that's where you go!" Obviously not! Really don't like the geek squad, the geek sales force, nor the geek geeks at this place.

I had very little success with the consistency of signal so eventually gave up after many, many attempts with various antenna's
