May not work in newer homes.

I live within three miles of the tv broadcast tower site and was only able to receive one channel reliably in my house, even with the amplifier plugged in. That is not the fault of the antenna but rather the house construction.

Failed to pick up signal 15 miles away
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Checked the DTV Reception Maps before purchasing to ensure I'd be able to get the channels I wanted (ABC, NBC), but it didn't pick these up, despite signals in my area listed as "strong". Tried moving the antenna the multiple locations, nothing helped.
