Bought for my mother in law as we had to rearrange the tv spot in here house and it didn't have an antenna access. Has worked great and she can now watch local tv stations.

So, I tried out a non-amplified flat antenna, and it was doing okay, but some of the stations were a bit, well, let's say "choppy and blocky." I mean, come on, I just wanted to watch Jeopardy! Then I came across this Best Buy amplified antenna. I mean, it was the cheapest one I could find, so why not, right? And guess what? It gets 23 channels, including the one for my Jeopardy fix. Who would've thought? Oh, and by the way, the location of the antenna is no joke. I moved it just a foot, and bam, the reception changed big time. So, bottom line, the amplifier really does the trick. But hey, your mileage may vary depending on where you are and what TV you've got. Oh, and pro tip: keep an eye out for those open box deals at Best Buy. I mean, who doesn't love a good discount, right? Happy channel surfing, folks!

Didn't think this antenna would work but it works very well. It's picked up more than two dozen stations, including ones I had a hard time picking up in the NYC tri-state area, like MeTV, Laff and RTV.

There's lots of local broadcast channels and this little antenna pulls them all in. Didn't have to play with positioning it any certain way to get them all. Great antenna and easy to connect any use.

The instructions say to connect and then do a manual channel scan but I did not have to do that as it pulled in the local channels already! I did not receive any other channels besides the local channels but that is okay, that is what I needed. I also only placed it on the stand by a window and did not apply to window. Works well. Good quality picture.

It performs okay for the price. Tbh, I had hire expectations for better, less fuzzy reception. I suspect you gotta pay more for that.

For an inexpensive small antena, it worked pretty good. When I purchased it, I did not know it came with a signal amplifier. It did not pick up a couple of the stations only 27 miles from me until I hooked up the amplifier. Then it worked well for all stations in our area. My farthest station is the 27 mile station. I have it inside taped to a window facing in the "general" direction of the majority of the stations. I would recommend if your stations are within 30 miles.

It is difficult to review the antenna as I don't have a spare TV to connect it to. It receives all the channels in the area, however I occasionally lose the signal for certain stations. Is it due to the antenna, the antenna placement, the tv, the broadcast antenna? I can't really say as I don't have a reliable way to test the variables. On a good day it does receive all the stations with no problems.

Works well but you really need to consider where towers are in your area. What worked excellent for my area didn't work excellent for my mother-in -laws, and she's 9.7 miles away from me. She has most local channels but missing channel 7 abc in a nyc borough

This antenna gave me about 65 digital channels over the air in about 720p looking quality..I got it for my parents so that they could watch local news channels without having to pay for cable and it has worked out great.

At home I have bar antennas on my TVs and they work quite well. I purchased this antenna for my sister and installed it yesterday. While it gave access to as many channels as my bar antennas, the device itself is very flimsy and hard to stabilize. It comes with 2 pins to attach it to a wall and 4 two-sided sticky circles. I tried putting it on the wall and got no reception. I tried sticking it to the window and also got no reception because it has to be angled in the direction of the signals and they weren't straight ahead. I tried putting it in the stand and sticking it to the top of the TV but the bottom of the stand isn't flat and there is no good place to attach 2- sided tape or Velcro. I ended up sticking the stand to a desk but it keeps falling over or getting bumped and loosing the precise angle it needs to get all the stations. I'm going to have to go back and find a way to tape it down without damaging the furniture. It works fine when correctly aligned, but is too light and flimsy to stay where it's put when in the stand. It would install better if it had a heavy metal base with a solid bottom that 2-sided tape or Velcro could be attached to. It would work OK without the stand if the wall or window it is attached to is directly lined up with the TV station signal.
