I had to elevate it and turn it perpendicular to the tv, but after I did that all my local stations are coming through clearly.

Finally, An Antenna That Really Tunes In

None could pick up NYC local stations, 7, 9, 11, and 13. That is until now. This antennas gets them all and more. A total of 55.

Good Basic Amplified TV Antenna

What I liked best about it is that it comes with its own stand. At my current place, sticking an antenna (even amplified ones) on any of my walls does not clearly pick up all of the available digital channels in my area. The stand came in handy as this antenna worked best when it was atop a table or a cabinet that faced the wall.
