Within 6 weeks of purchase the radio was nothing but static (all bands/all channels). To correct this, you have to unplug the radio then plug it back in. Of course, you then need to reset the time and your alarms. May not seem like a big deal, but it's a pain in the butt.

Drifts off channel

Very hard to set stations, since they keep erasing. Alarms was so soft almost impossibe to hear when it went off. Actually returning tonight and will try a different model

I called Best Buy as I had bought this on clearance, not open box as is now listed. It was supposed to be new, not used. It does not work even with the power cord that I had to supply. They were sending me another one as a replacement, but decided to cancel it for one reason or another. I was told that it was no longer in stock. Then I was told I could not get a refund unless I took it back to the store which is two hours from my home. Very dissatisfied. Best Buy, don’t lose a customer over this!
