It had issues staying on so I figured I'd try other batteries to see if they kept it consistent. They did, so I guess these batteries aren't really that effective. They lasted about a month in the feeder so they're good in a pinch, but go for a real brand.

The Best Buy batteries don't last as long. And the batteries have a knack of cutting out when you need them the most.
