The finished product is a bit lower profile than I was expecting. The problem- Placing the brackets on what the instructions call an “irregular shaped” tv back I was needing to use the longer larger bolts with the plastic shims. When doing that, the bolts would bottom out on the tv and still leave a loose fit. I had already used the only washers included that were large enough for the largest bolts. I ended up having to go to the local auto parts store and grabbed lock washers to raise up the bolt head. Thankfully that did the trick. Best Buy, try to include more than one size of plastic shim and maybe a mid size large bolt between really short and really long.

It is a amazing wall mount for the price. My 55 inch tv is holding up strong and better then when I bought a expensive wall mount and that just fell.
