    Wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for. Also the design itself isn’t very good IMO. The way it has the hanging strings to loosen the tv is not the most efficient means for this process and I feel like they could have done much better. I ended up returning and opted for the next level up. The one that you can move forward/backward and left/right which ended up being far superior and well worth the extra 20 or $25 that it cost.

    Perfect for a simple tv hanging we did in our retail store. Not much flexibility with direction. So make sure you only need front facing.

    Easy to install. Holds the tv like a picture close to the wall. Could use extra washers to tighten the screws to the wall. Otherwise no complaints.

    I like the larger wall plate. The finished product is a bit lower profile than I was expecting. The problem- Placing the brackets on what the instructions call an “irregular shaped” tv back I was needing to use the longer larger bolts with the plastic shims. When doing that, the bolts would bottom out on the tv and still leave a loose fit. I had already used the only washers included that were large enough for the largest bolts. I ended up having to go to the local auto parts store and grabbed lock washers to raise up the bolt head. Thankfully that did the trick. Best Buy, try to include more than one size of plastic shim and maybe a mid size large bolt between really short and really long.
