This is a nice quality, versatile charger stand. I like that it folds flat so I can charge my AirPods Pro, too. I bought this in anticipation of iOS 17 standby mode so I can ditch my alarm clock and clear up some nightstand space.

Excellent solution for propping up heavy MagSafe iPhones 13,14,15 while charging or not charging. We like that the base feels spring loaded and allows for charging while folded flat down or while propped up. Adding the Apple MagSafe magnet into the pocked is not difficult. Setting it flat onto the pocket is achieved by inserting it starting by an angle and gently pressing it in into the pocket. The magnet stays in the pocket securely while removing the iPhone. The assembled device is easy to carry in pocket or bag and store away.

I can see why so many people gave it 1 star. The round piece pops out of the charger holder, and there is no way to loop the cable through to the back so its just awkwardly bent. HOWEVER, it gets the job done. I use it every single day. It sits on my bathroom counter and i charge my phone quickly in the mornings while I am getting ready for work. You get what you pay for. Want a perfect item? Buy the original.

Don't listen to all the negative reviews here that are complaining that this does not fit the Best Buy Essentials Magnetic Charger, because it shows it right there in the product name on the box: Foldable Stand for MAGSAFE CHARGER. This is important because the name "MagSafe Charger" is the exact name for the official product made by Apple. Best Buy's substitute product is named "Magnetic Wireless Charger". Those are two different names therefore there should be no mistaking what kind of compatibility to expect when you purchase this product. Okay, so now that we've established product names correctly, I think this folding stand is excellent. It allows me to conveniently prop my iPhone 12 or my AirPods for easy access and provides a very comfortable viewing angle on my work desk. Rotate it into landscape mode and this also turns into a nice little gaming stand for playing games too. And I know one reviewer mentioned the the MagSafe Charger didn't fit right, but it fit perfectly for me. Check out my photo. So to recap, let's review one more time: The Best Buy Essentials Foldable Stand for "MagSafe Charger" only works for the Apple "MagSafe Charger".

Great value, lightweight but quite stable. Good quality, perfect with MagSafe charger to build a iPhone stand. It has one angle as stand, it can be easily folded. Compare with some 30$+ stand, I do not see much difference

I have otterbox defender case for my iphone, which is very thick. I purchased the otterbox charger for my iphone. On amazon, the one with reviews that it works with defender case. I purchased this stand and love it. The otterbox charger fits perfectly into the stand.

I’m impressed and proud of myself finding this item. The MagSafe charger I brought from Apple Store fits right in. Apple should really consider to make this product an official Apple accessories for iPhone 14 series.

Purchased Mar 22, 2023, and the hinge is already broken. Definitely used daily sitting in the middle of my desk. Not like I ever dropped it, or anything. Also doesn’t say you have to buy the apple charger on the box, description, or directions. I wasn’t to upset about that until now total waste.

So far it fulfills its function very well, I saw some photos that can be broken, but what do you expect for $5? recommended

Only buy this is you are buying the APPLE OEM magsafe charger. guess it would be GREAT if it would fit non OEM apple magsafe chargers.

I bought 2 of them. The plastic broke and cracked in multiple places on both. The concept is great, the price is great, the quality is trash.

Bought this foldable stand on 8/20, and the base was damaged on 9/14, only after a few normal usages. Contacted Best Buy support and was told that the product is only eligible for exchange or refund within 15 days, and they are not able to replace it even if it's broken within a month. You can refer to attached images. The stand is made with cheap plastics and broke at the joint of the stand easily. This will be my first and last time buying a best buy essentials product. the quality is so low that I no longer have confidence to purchase anymore.
