I recently purchased this case for my new 8th gen iPad. After deciding not to shell out $50 for Apple’s smart cover that only covers the screen leaving the back vulnerable to scratches i started browsing for other option at an affordable price, even willing to pay $50-60 if it would cover my entire iPad. When i came across this case on bestbuy I thought for sure it wouldn’t be too great for $15 but if it wasn’t up to my standards i could always return it. Boy was i wrong. The quality of this case is excellent, i was hoping for a red color but ended up going with the plum as it accents my gold ipad very nicely. The plastic case that covers the rear is lightweight but solid, barely adds any bulk to the device and easily snaps on with no hassle. The front silicone cover flips around to protect the entire screen with a nice microfiber lining on the inside to keep your screen from getting scratched while closed. The nicest part is being able to flip the cover around to the back and use as a stand for the iPad in two different position, one as a keyboard stand (around 10-15 degree cant) which aids in typing and the other holds the ipad closer to a 75-80 degree cant perfect for video streaming or zoom/facetime calls. The magnets aren’t the strongest as you have to get the cover folded in the right position but they are more than good enough for my needs and uses and to be expected for such tiny magnets in a thin cover. Oh and the front cover also automatically sleep/wakes your screen. I really think anybody considering this case for their iPad will be extremely satisfied especially for $15. I highly recommend.

Fits nice and seems like it will last. I do wish it had a strap or something in the back to grip when holding my iPad. Great price.

This case arrived yesterday and let me say that the price is great and it was very easy to insert the ipad. Fairly durable, its nice, sleek and definitely not bulky. It is a smart folio which is great.

This case is a great buy. It holds the iPad securely and the clear back protects and allows you to see through it.

True to its description and pictures. Really like the simple navy blue front and transparent yet strong rear of the case/cover. Also has an auto sleep/wake of screen. Would recommend.

Fits nicely without adding much bulk, feels soft and nice, and many reviews complained about the ability of this case to keep the iPad standing -- while it CAN keep it standing, the magnet is just about at its breaking point with the weight of the device, so even trying to change the song on it can cause a collapse. Make sure to be holding it while you interact with the device though, and problem solved (magnet strength is the only reason for the 4 stars, would be 5 with even slightly more powerful magnets). If you can afford the better options, you certainly should, but if you're tight, this is a great option as long as you remember to hold the device when interacting with it (makes a loud worrisome plop when it falls).

Bought the 2021 ipad and wanted a cheap cover for it. These were on sale for $6 so I couldn't pass it up. I have other cases before that cost $10-$15 and I think these are of the same quality. Fits perfectly on my ipad and every buttons are accessible. It does wake and close upon closing or opening. It's basically every other case made for ipad with the same design. For the price, I'm very satisfied. Hopefully it will last a couple of years before I need to replace it.

First one was good so bought a second one. Fits perfectly to Ipad and color is great. Has cutout for all the buttons and fold up as tablet stand.

I got this for my new I pad because I wanted something to protect it when I put it in my bag as well as a stand. I really like folios and the sleep wake feature. I didn’t expect much for the price but when I got it I was really surprised. It is good quality materials and I really like the clear matte back. I go the black and it looks really good on the Space grey iPad

I bought one of these cases a year ago and with Covid homeschooling the kids borrowed my iPad when their batteries died, so this has been dropped and banged around a ton. The case has some cracks around the corners and so I'm replacing it (cause I don't abuse it like the kids do). These are not good cases for people who drop or are otherwise hard on their devices. I use a plexiglass screen protector as well, and the screen protector is the only reason my iPad isn't cracked. For people who are gentler on their devices, it's a nice case with no extra bulk. The cover as a stand is a bit flimsy and easy to knock over, I use a tablet stand anyway so not a problem for me.

This best buy essential folio case fots my ipad perdectly. Its not to heavy but not to flimsy either. It is well worth it at the $15 price point i paid for it.

Fits well, easy to place on I-pad, is very handy and protects the I-pad screen. Should also be some protection if one were to drop the I-pad. Great item for the price!

The Folio Case for my iPad is just perfect. It protects my iPad, love the navy blue color and the price was terrific. It fits my needs.
