OK for the price.

On the positive side, the iPad snapped snuggly into the case. The cover securely covered the front and the case is very light. When sitting on a table, the trifold stand was fairly stable. On the downside, the stand did not feel quite so stable when sitting on my lap, and a light touch on the trifold would cause it to collapse. Case did not feel especially sturdy. Not sure how much protection it would give in a fall. A minor concern is that the case did have a small blemish on the front, but not a dealbreaker. I did return the case and waited for a discount on a more expensive case.
