Comes with everything you need save drill and studfinder. Nicely built, and the adjustments for tilt is easy to access even after the TV is on. Feels like better value than the asking price.

It is mounted in my kitchen under my cabinets on the wall and no matter where I am in my kitchen I can see the tv. It ticks away so nicely.
