The second one was new and the mouse was still choppy and one of the keys on the keyboard worked intermittently. So I returned that one too. I’ll buy corded products from now on.

Faulty USB adapter

Unable to use keyboard. 2 desktops and 4 laptops with different OS's installed and none detected the receiver. No " new device" pop up or sound. Sadly it would have cost more time and gas to return this

I hate wired keyboards and mice, but if the battery life is only 6 hours when using one of the features (the lights), then wireless isn't worth it. I also don't like the feel.

Tried it in other PCs and got the same error. Dongle must've gone bad. Too bad because I liked it. Obvious quality control problems.

Unknown USB device error when plugging in. Called tech support and they set me up for an appointment to bring it into my local store, but actual appointment was set to a store over an hour away. For the 19.99 it is not worth the gas and time to troubleshoot any more. Buyer beware, very poor product.

Also got an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD one time I removed the dongle during troubleshooting, so it must be defective.

And for that reason it slips from your hand when you lift it to readjust its position, which i always do. Keyboard is fine though.
