This stopped working correctly after the return window closed. It stops working after 10 min of use. I have to take out the batteries and put them back in to get it to work again. But it still stops working within 10 min. Would not recommend.

There are 8 complaints about Bluetooth disconnecting. It won’t stay connected. I talk to Microsoft about it . Thinking it was a software problem, but it turns out it’s Best Buy’s mouse , I talk to my local general manager I told him they need to recall the product he said good to know.
