That’s the only thing you need. I’m using even and off brand $5 case and it holds like glue. Secure it by pushing it all the way in (that’s what she said) and center your phone with it. When removing try a downward or turning motion so that you don’t bring the holder with you or loosen it. $10 well spent, don’t regret at all. Stay happy my friends

However, when you try to go fast or break hard it may fly out. I suppose it depends on how sturdy your vents are but apart from that, it’s good. I saw some of the other reviews where it had broken off but I never had a problem with that. You have the small dial where you can adjust how sturdy it is to hold the phone.

As long as you have or buy one for your device, or have a phone case with the polar opposite magnet for it to magnetize, your phone will not stick to it. They should have mentioned this or provided one just to be on the safe side. Aside from that, it works great!

Had to change up my driving setup due to it, but has been so nice having. Strong magnet, fits my phone perfectly, even with it being a Samsung phone with a Magsafe case. Definitely an immediate, easy second purchase if the situation ever rises for me!
