Make sure your Iphone has MagSafe feature and a case that doesn’t prohibit that to work. Be aware that this is a vent mount so if you blast heat on it while phone is connected you will at some point get the phone overheating message. Connection is strong and product works well.

I think the strength of the rotating thing is going to depend on the weight of the phone and could be worn out over time. It is good to buy if you don’t like car mounts on windshield. But it is going to block the air from the vent you put this on.
