Product is truly great for how simple it is. Just gotta know how to use it properly. I used it on a ps2 gane that was scratched beyond belief and didnt play. Now the disc looks almost new besides a few hair scratches, but it started right up no problem. I also feel like it runs beter than it did before.

The product did the complete opposite of what it was supposed to do. It broke my disk and scratched it beyond belief. I came here hoping to fix my issue, but all it did was intensify it. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome. And me trying to fix a disk with this is just that.

It did remove the scratches from some old DVDs. However I couldn't get them to play in either of my DVD players. I kept getting an ERROR CODE for a DIRTY DISC on my SONY DVD player. Some did play on my CD ROM for my computer. It does remove scratches, if you follow instructions. I'm certain if I had a buffing wheel, the DVDs would play like new.

Did not work too well for me but may work for others. Will not do gamecube games. Only full size cds but the description states that too

I needed to resurface my CDs recently. So I had to buy the only one on the market. It does the job that is supposed to do. It resurfaces any Disc, from CDs, DVDs and Blu Rays. It comes with all the products you need, the spray is part of the handle, so you are not going to lose that.

Used it a few times now not sure if its just the disks or if this doesn't work that well

Dont do it. The product is not well made. After turning the handle twice it will pop off making it really hard to get the disc to complete the procedure. After taking the almost half hour to run a disc through this thing three times the disc looks foggy now. Yes I followed all directions and read them.

I recently bought a used dvd that had some scratches and wouldn't play. Read reviews on different types of repair systems and this one seemed to fit the bill. Although it is slow to use and I had to do it twice (the manual said may have to do it twice), it cleaned the disc and it now plays.

I didn’t really get much use out of this where the sanding part of the disk wasn’t even so it made the recovery part a bit harder and I can’t say that I was able to recover my disk so it was honestly just a cheap waste. But the patent is nice for the product

Great product fir what i purchased it to do ok to fix minor scratches

This system did repair my DVD but the handle fell off at every turn. Was very cumbersome and painful on my hands. I would recommend looking for a different system to repair your discs.

Bought this to see about getting a sticker off a Blu-Ray figuring it was toast either way. Didn't work for that, but worked great for a couple of DVDs

This is the cheapest piece of junk I've ever bought. The handle keeps falling off. Lubricating liquid leaks. Ruined my dvd. Would not recommend.

It works great on about 15 disks then diminishes in quality. Tip: be sure to keep the disk wet
