I bought it and then did not open it to install it in our newer refrigerator until a few weeks later. When I opened it, I quickly realized that this was not the correct filter for my refrigerator. I tried to return it and was told it was outside of the return period and there was nothing that can be done, despite being a loyal Best Buy customer since the 90's. I gave it a good rating because I don't want to skew the ratings too low for other people who are looking to buy this, but I wish Best Buy would step up and refund or credit me.
