I bought it and then did not open it to install it in our newer refrigerator until a few weeks later. When I opened it, I quickly realized that this was not the correct filter for my refrigerator. I tried to return it and was told it was outside of the return period and there was nothing that can be done, despite being a loyal Best Buy customer since the 90's. I gave it a good rating because I don't want to skew the ratings too low for other people who are looking to buy this, but I wish Best Buy would step up and refund or credit me.

I’ve used other off brands and you don’t get the taste or water flow that you get with the Best Buy brand. Not to mention way cheaper. Definitely will buy again.
