Easiest way to install is to lay the monitor down and put on the mount and soundbar. Than mount you monitor to its mount. Notches for the soundbar fit perfectly. Has knobs to tighten and keep the lower lower section in place. Worked great and easy install.

Relies on rubber pad on back of mounting bar for hilding placement. If your set has any curvature it is going to get less help from the rubber pads. Claims to be good for 25lbs of sound bar, but my 20 lbs bar was too much for it to hold stable. Not even worth returning.
