Good value for small sound bars

I used it for an LG S20A sound bar (mounting holes on the bottom of sound bar) which is only a couple of feet long and relatively light. It works well for that purpose and is good value. The LG C5 TV has down firing speakers and the bottom arms of the mount were long enough so the sound bar is in front of the TV speakers allowing the LG WOW mode using both TV and sound bar speakers without any speakers blocked. I wouldn't stretch the mount beyond the rated 15 lbs or for a long sound bar.

Setup was easy, it is a quality product. I wish they had made them a little more customizable as my soundbar isn’t sitting flush in the holder. I have a Polk Audio bar that isn’t really that big and it isn’t a great fit. With that said it’s working, I just wish it was more flush in the brackets. Overall a good mount.

I'm not sure why it has to be the two separate pieces instead of one, perhaps some engineering reason but seems more complicated than necessary. Note make sure ALL screws (hex and phillips-head) are REALLY tight before wall-mounting. We had apparently left some slightly loose and the sound bar slowly angled downward, and it was hard (though possible) to get back in and tighten them with the TV already on the wall. Since then has held up fine so far.

Soundbar Dimensions

The product dimensions are only shipping dimensions and fit my Samsung HW-Q800C/ZA soundbar just fine with room to fit a larger soundbar if needed. I did have to add my own hardware to get the soundbar to fit snug to the TV (within 1").

New TV's

They were both installed by the geek squad. The TV's are fabulous. The two geek squad employees that did the installations were the greatest. They were polite, professional and friendly. They made sure everything was working correctly and that my wife and I knew how everything worked.
