Just a few twists of a screwdriver, mount your TV & it's all set. I mounted mine to sit above the screen due to kids that must push buttons. It doesn't seem to be any less stable than below but it was not in the instructions to mount this way. This setup is a very good choice to have made.

They were both installed by the geek squad. The TV's are fabulous. The two geek squad employees that did the installations were the greatest. They were polite, professional and friendly. They made sure everything was working correctly and that my wife and I knew how everything worked.

It comes with a wide assortment of spacers and hardware so that the bracket can fit a wide assortment of wall mounted tv and soundbars. No problem installing for the average homeowner. Just be slow and read directions for each step twice.

This resulted in "elbows" that wouldn't stay in place even though I tightened them as much as possible. The arms continued to slowly straighten and my very light, inexpensive sound bar dropped far below the tv. I wasn't willing to remove the tv mount to remove the sound bar mount. I decided to remove the lower section of each arm, flipping it to the top, and attaching the brackets again. Luckily this put the sound bar at the perfect level beneath the tv. The mount was versatile enough to fit my VESA pattern with a little tweaking.
