Versatile

This resulted in "elbows" that wouldn't stay in place even though I tightened them as much as possible. The arms continued to slowly straighten and my very light, inexpensive sound bar dropped far below the tv. I wasn't willing to remove the tv mount to remove the sound bar mount. I decided to remove the lower section of each arm, flipping it to the top, and attaching the brackets again. Luckily this put the sound bar at the perfect level beneath the tv. The mount was versatile enough to fit my VESA pattern with a little tweaking.

Placing brackets on tv was pretty easy. They provide a multitude of screw for different television back attachment. I gave only 4 stars because the lip on the bracket to hold speaker could be a little higher for grip of speaker and peace of mind that the speaker would not fall off if tv or speaker is knocked.

Just What I Was Looking For

My TV has a wall-mounted swivel mount, and I did not want to clutter the table below the TV. This mount holds the soundbar directly below the TV. It attached between the TV Back & The Mount. You really have to bear down on the pivot points to prevent the mount from dropping the soundbar due to its weight. I am thinking of adding additional screws in the unused holes to lock the mount in a fixed position.
