My TV has a wall-mounted swivel mount, and I did not want to clutter the table below the TV. This mount holds the soundbar directly below the TV. It attached between the TV Back & The Mount. You really have to bear down on the pivot points to prevent the mount from dropping the soundbar due to its weight. I am thinking of adding additional screws in the unused holes to lock the mount in a fixed position.

Roku tv with a Vizio soundbar. Easy to adjust but did have to make a slight modification to mounting as washers provided were I little too small.
