She says they are very soft/smooth and comfortable, easy to put on/remove on wrist and to change the band (although did take a moment to figure out). She loves all the color options. I bought her two different colored sets. I would recommend this product.

I also have a small wrist. These bands are perfect. You can adjust them as tight or loose as needed. They are rubber but they look nice and the 3 colors are nice to have so you can switch on to match your outfits. Easy to put on and durable. I should have bought these to begin with the other one was much more expensive and I didn't like it. This is a bargain!
