My other TV mount is higher quality but came at a price double to triple the price of this one. But no concerns over it holding the tv to the wall, just the brackets are made of thinner metal than other tv mounts I have used before.

Mr Scott the Manager at Concord Mills Best Buy, went above and beyond his duties to help me by refunding money because an Associate did not fully inform me prior to my purchases. Thank you Mr Scott!!!
