    Does exactly what is suppose to do. Works great. My laptop has no USB Ethernet port so this is a great way to use the Ethernet.

    I bought two of these, to build a DIY multi-ISP load balance/failover internet gateway for my home LAN. Using an OpenWrt (22.0.3) image for the RasPi 4. The kernel recognized the USB dongle (Realtek). I was able to configure the 2 LAN ports from these dongles to connect with (a) Cox cable and (b) T Mobile 5G home internet service providers. Load balancing/failover and auto-recovery work like a charm for my internet usage.

    I bought this since I have a DSL modem to Ethernet connector and newer laptops/Chrombooks don't have a standard Ethernet Port. So I bought this a s converter. I did ask the sale rep with it would work to convert Ethernet Internet to the USB and the new laptops could process the signal and they could.
