Needed for virtual interview to test internet speed via Ethernet cable. My laptop doesn’t have an Ethernet port and this adapter was able to let use the Ethernet via USB!

New laptops don't have an Ethernet port, but if you want to be able to access your router and make changes you need a cabled connection. My Phone app didn't let me access all the stuff I wanted to update on my router, but this adapter saved the day!

The connection had to be made through a usb port because the Ethernet port didn't work. This adapter saved me an expensive repair or more likely new motherboard.
