As a Senior citizen, this membership is a big help! Since retiring, technology has progressed very rapidly and I appreciate being able to pick the brains of the “Geeks,” Add to that, the member prices and unlimited Geek Squad support are reassuring!

I am greatful for the amazing geek squad support. The telephone option is very convenient and I usually do not need to seek in-store help. Your sales associates, as well as the geek squad understand the needs of individuals who came late to computer and cell phone age. Sometimes seniors age 75+ need extra guidance. The guidance is always delivered with kindness and patience.

We’ve had this membership for several years, and we’ve used it in various ways on numerous occasions: to get computer support over the phone, computer and tablet support in person, to buy electronics and appliances, etc. The benefits outweigh the cost. We plan to continue our membership. If you have phones, tablets, computers, appliances, you’ll benefit from this plan. Also, you get a 2-year warranty with such products you purchase from Best Buy.

Although We do not need it often, when things go wrong, or need a tune up, or when We purchase new items Total Tech not only saves me money, but We know it will be repaired or installed perfectly.

The Total Tech membership is a great value for price and comes in handy during general life events. I have been a member for several years. The service reps are very knowledgeable and eager to help with queries and concerns.

I use the website a lot to make my payment and every time I go into the store if I do 40 in the Oklahoma City area, everyone is always nice and helpful, which makes my experience very comfortable and happy

I appreciate the ability to contact Geek Squad and they are able to remotely clean my laptop. They remove any unnecessary junk. As a disabled person, this service is very beneficial to me. Thank you!

I’ve saved a lot of money by being a Total Tech member. The benefits of being a Total Tech member far outweigh the cost. I recommend you become a Total Tech Member.

We bought several items this year new tv, new soundbar, geek squad installation, Jbl portable speaker. I liked that we got free extended warranty’s on all items. We also like the longer return policy.

The Toral Tech membership is great for those with multiple electronics in their home. The online tech and instore services are a must, especially for those not tech savvy.

This membership is still a good value especially on the computer end of things. Not so much on home appliance service. Total membership used to cover everthing. But, now they have scaled way back and only cover certain things for a brief period of time. They charged me $149 recently for a sevice appointment insisting that I was not a total member. I have been fighting with them to get back my money to no avail since November

We have had a Best Buy Total Membership for a few years now. It is well worth the cost, and has eased our minds when we need repairs or even have questions. The tech team is very good!!

I love the fact that I don’t have to remember if I have protection on everything I buy. Plus I can look up an item on my membership and see when I bought it and even schedule maintenance

The membership is at great value with tech support! Been having this membership for the last 10 years or so and I keep renewing it due to the coverage it holds like covering all my purchases at no charge

Every time we needed help with a problem Best Buy was there to help. Each time it only took a short while and the problem was resolved. Very good service.

We’ve had Total Membership for many years. We’ve had great support for several appliances and the Geek Squad is great to help with all of our technology!

It's still worth it a little bit to get the warranty on the things I buy but to be honest imagine still a bit salty that they reduced the benefits and raised the price. At some point we as consumers will have to just tell them no thanks, but we aren’t there quite yet.

I have had this membership for several years and it has saved me considerably. Financial and physical (headaches). I was disappointed when they left St.Joseph but I have had no trouble contacting by phone for tech support. Shipping free is a perk but the Geek Squad is outstanding.Can't imagine how much I've saved in time and money by being able to call or text for free support. Thank you for easy to understand technicians!
