This just depends on the type of consumer you are if you are a tech geek and always buys a lot of new things that come out this membership helps a lot because there are a lot of perks such as discounts and the coverage for your MacBook if you bought a MacBook or you decided you’re gonna buy . If you’re just the average Joe like myself, I’d recommend buying the membership. Only if you are the type that needs peace of mind and some kind of insurance if you just simply don’t care about coverage or you’re just gonna make one purchase and one purchase only or you make a purchase once in a few years, then the membership wouldn’t really be much of a asset to you. Overall, when I’ve had to speak to someone from Best Buy, the experiences have always been fast, simple and straight forward.

On December 8, 2023, I bought the Nintendo Switch Oled at the Coral Springs store and I had the best experience, in the attention, the treatment, the cordiality, the kindness, the patience of the person who served me, named Stephanie, she more that a saleswoman made me feel as if a family member was taking care of me, very apart from all her excellent attention, she gave me information on benefits that the store provided that I did not know about, although I have usually bought there for years. Like many of us, we make efforts to acquire something for our children or family, or friends.... or for yourself that day I left the store happy and grateful and I absolutely recommend it.

Five stars for Best Buy's Geek Squad! My son's gaming PC conked out on him, and we were devastated. We took it to Best Buy, hoping for the best. The Geek Squad was fantastic! They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and even offered some tips for preventing future issues. Within a few days, the PC was back in perfect working order, better than ever! The Total Tech Support warranty made the whole process seamless and stress-free. We can't thank the Geek Squad enough for saving the day. If you ever need tech repair, look no further than Best Buy!

I bought me a MacBook air pricing was very reasonable for what I got. Customer service was awesome. I bought the membership yearly very happy with it in the coverage that it covers. I got AppleCare covers my Mac if I drop it break, it spilled water on it recommend this package to anybody buying electronics or laptop

With this membership I don't have to worry about my new induction top stove, TV, computer or anything else that I purchase from Best Buy. The Geek Squad takes care of any problem.

At first this was something i didnt think i needed. Were all trying to save money every way we can these days. But with kids and life, the way well the way life can be you never know when and where accidents can happened. This total coverage has you covered. Bestbuy is there with no hasle!! They have the best deals than all there competitors and the best products. All high end products and they stand behind there sale.

Zero interest gor 12 months is nice and encouraged me to buy something nicer

My original laptop that I bought at Best Buy went out and they cannot fix it so they gave me store credit and I used that credit to put towards another laptop. The representative at the store who helped me was so kind and patient. I was stuck between two laptops, and again the representative explained everything to me regarding the new laptop that I had questions about.  I was able to successfully purchase my new laptop and I absolutely love it. . The fact that its touch screen is a bonus for me!!

Too much runaround to get issues taken care of. I just need the remote of my 1 yr old LG tv remote replaced since the buttons are just falling off. Got through on chat but they can't even help me and says I need to call in but the call in hours didn't work for my schedule. Starting to think the value isn't there, might need to cancel the membership.

Although this plan has had its uses, I would not buy it again. I bought the Best Buy protection plan for a DJI drone they no longer carry. Now that my drone is broken, they can’t repair it, can’t replace it with the same model, and the “comparable” option they offer only covers about half of what I originally paid—so I’m out roughly $700 in value. I even suggested a solution: let me keep my original drone (which they can’t fix, can’t replace, and can’t resell) and give me a comparable replacement. They refused, so I’m stuck either way. Unless you’re buying Samsung or Apple products, this protection plan feels like a gamble. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I think with this service it should be called “BEST BUY BEST WAY”. Great team with techinical knowledge. Just bought appliances this year. Team visited our house and looked into out kitchen. Based on the size of kitchen recomened and helped us to picj best option from Multiple options.

Definitely highly recommend this product . I would never buy another TV that isnt OLED !

Wow, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Best Buy. They called prior to arriving, took great pride in their work, set up my new tv and components properly and made sure everything was installed and that I understood the new remote etc. I would recommend the total protect plan to anyone needing help

This warranty guarantees a working device delivered only at their pace. Sure that could be in 2 weeks, or you could be like me and get your device back 5 weeks later in worse disrepair than when you brought it in with zero sympathy and only the offer to go through the whole thing again and hope its done right next time. I guess a more accurate term would be a high risk lottery service instead of a warranty. You may get a working device, or you may just get told you're SOL. Oh! No refunds if you have to use any of your perks either. Which could be as simple as using the 2 day shipping by accident before you get screwed by the service center. Save the $150+ and buy it from PC Laptops or something if you want any reliability in your service. Also if the, "instant/live," 24/7 support is at all a selling point for you, check out these screenshots where I sat on hold for over 40mins in both chat and on the phone before completely giving up. You tell me if that sounds like its worth $150+ a year.

Iv been buying the 500 or so tvs but i decided to go big time plus sound bar i was not disappointed it's awesome babe say enough about this tv. Great great picture is really fast going from app to app the sound is incredible coming from everywhere seems like. I would tell family and freinds to buy this one.

If you’re buying a high-end TV and mounting it, this pays for itself and gives you a free warranty. Plus i coukd never have mounted this myself. It took 3 guys.

I have a toddler who likes to throw sippy cups and i had to buy a new computer, i like the all in ones. So i gave the cracked screen one to my son and just got a monitor. And i purchased the total protection being assured that if my toddler cracked this screen, they would take of it right away!

Its really convinient to get free shipping on everything Best Buy has to offer, plus discounts on installations and setups i got got my newly purchased 55” mount tv installed it was easy and smooth no trouble scheduling was easy no hassle on time no mess to clean up i like it alot and would absolutely recommend.
