I loved the chair it was very firm like I wanted but it was too small smaller than the picture so I had to return it. But overall it worked very well the only problem for me was the size I would like to order the same chair only an oversized one if they have it.

Very good product! The lift function was immensely helpful for helping me up after my surgery. The heating and massage functions were a nice bonus. Very easy to assemble!

For a cheaper price range recliner with massage and heat it is ok. I disagree that the arm rests are overstuffed. I think they could use much more stuffing. The size fits me perfectly. I am 5' 2.5" and weigh 225 lbs. I really don't think it would fit someone at 400 lbs. I do like the massage and heat - better than I expected. I hope it lasts.
