This is a very nice chair however the vegan leather is not very thick it's okay though but mine came damaged it came with a slit in the armrest I contacted Best Buy to get a partial refund because I'm 71 and I cannot return the item I have no vehicle do so and shipping is impossible because of same reason they pretty much told me that I'm stuck with that option to ship it back or bring it back to the store since I cannot do that I'm stuck with a recliner that has a tear in the arm I asked for a partial refund they refused stating that it was not company policy this is not good business in my opinion they need to consider seniors that are in my situation they should come over and repair the arm or bring another one and take this one back but they will not do that therefore I am not recommending buying furniture from Best Buy as a matter of fact I am not going to be buying anything from Best Buy anymore I was a customer of theirs for years but I've decided not to be one anymore. So be aware that this is what's going to happen if you purchase furniture from Best Buy you must be able to return it yourself worship it back yourself otherwise you're stuck with a defective product as far as the product is concerned I would have given it four stars if it had no damage and the only reason why I would give it four stars instead of five is because the vegan leather is not as thick as my other one.
