No matter how much we tightened the screws, the chair was still loose and unstable. There were loose threads coming apart, and even some exposed plastic that made it look cheap and unattractive. To make things worse, it was sold by a third-party seller, and returning it was a nightmare simply because I had opened the box. Overall, a frustrating experience. Never again.
