Came in multiple boxes and ABSOLUTELY NO INSTRUCTIONS!!!! Not happy at all... everyone is not mechanical knowledge. AKA Im a Woman... Quality of chair great and comfort. Would have given it 5 stars but no instructions ruined it.

No instructions on how to put together, once together you can feel ALL the massage pieces, back separated from metal in less than 4 months.
