Plan on spending more for a pump and new hoses etc

If you did any reading about this product in advance, which I did, you'd know to not even bother installing the filter and pump it comes with. So don't be fooled by a discounted price on these Bestway pools. You should plan to spend another $300+ on a quality sand filter and some kind of housing to put it in. Overall we love this pool and it was not difficult to setup (1 person) but it should not come with any type of filter/pump. I was also disappointed in the hoses that had holes in them. I ordered it in late March but didn't set it up until June and by that time was told that "it was out of warranty period" and even when I offered to pay for new hoses, they never mailed them so I had to McGyver my way around it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
