Bad purchase

I'm sorry that I didn't return it right away because I've missed my window while waiting to find to to compare with other scales.

Posted .Thank you for reviewing your Beurer scale. We are sorry that it is inaccurate and the software or app is clumsy. General troubleshooting includes: inspecting the 4 “feet” at the 4 corners of the scale to ensure that each “foot” is not damaged and that each “foot” is securely fastened to the scale; ensuring that the scale is being used on a hard level surface such as a wood floor or a ceramic tile floor as the scale will not work on a carpet or a rug and at times linoleum tiled floor as well. Please note that it is recommended to always activate the scale and allow the display to show “0.0” before standing on the scale for a weight measurement. Also, always place your feet along the sides of the weighing platform (not too far forward or too far back) and not the middle of the weighing platform as the sensors that take the weight measurement are located at the four corners of the scale. If that does not help, please contact us at 1-800-536-0366 or email us at [email protected] for warranty instructions.
