This is an excellent product. At first it might seem a little complicated, but once you get the hang of it it's amazing!

I needed a new tens unit and this one works great, just dont order the replacement pads from the company because they are trash. they came with no instructions and don't adhere to the pads. but like I said this tens unit works great.

This TENS device is great! The heat feature is amazing and really helps to relax your sore muscles while the device does its work. It has a broad range of programs and an on-screen chart showing which areas they're designed for, which makes it easy to choose the one you want. The power settings are great and adjust in small increments to really dial it in right where you want it. I previously had a cheap TENS device from Amazon, and it was so overpowered that it would go from off to making your muscles jump and contract like crazy which will only make your sore muscles worse. The only downside I've found is that there is no way to detach the second channel if you don't want to use it. You can leave the second channel off, but the wires and pads will always be hanging there. However, considering the difference between my old one and this, I wouldn't trade it for the world and I can deal with the wires being there.

I bought this for muscle recovery and was excited to try. The instructions have a big warning about not put too close to your heart, or you could have a heart attack. That's too scary. Is the shoulder too close? Is the back, behind the heart too close? I tried it on my forearm. It gives little pulses like someone is tapping your skin. I slowly increased until max and it hurt like touching an electric fence. I tore of the pads and am taking this back for a refund.

Read the manual to figure out how to get the right program. Once you do that it's easy to place the pads after you put the gels on. Runs for 20 to 30 min, has a clip so you can move some with the wires on if needed, has a function lock and is rechargeable on a usb charger.

Ive been searching for methods of non-medicated pain reliefe and this thing is great. Make sure you read the instructions and/or watch some videos on how and where to place the pads. When you place them correctly, they work!! The heat function is also wonderful!!

Fantastic! This TENS unit has put me back on the map. I strained my back and this has helped to walk better and move better. I like the different programs and have also used it on my neck when I had a stress headache coming on. My PT husband found it for me and I am so grateful. I also love the heat feature. I even wore it out going to church so I could sit for an hour. I would highly recommend it!

Germany made, so not the cheap stuff. The device has several different modes depending on the area you need the stimulation. Electrode/gel pads are super sticky and stay on the skin without difficulty. Device is rechargeable and comes with a USB connector, but you need a plug in that will take a USB-A connector. I have back pain and this is used almost every night. I have had it about a month and still not needing a recharge. Will see after several months or a year how well the battery holds up.

These tens work well. Easy to use and great settings. They’ve helped my back pain a lot. I will continue to use for back issues

Did everything it was suppose to do, didnt expect much from it, but it definitely works.

this has been a big help for my chronic pain. it has enough built in settings/modes i don’t even need to use the custom options but like to know i can. the heat is also really nice, and i sometimes use the heat function alone once the 30 minute timer is finished. i would definitely recommend giving it a try, i don’t have any complaints.

Works but the gel pads, despite how careful I was in handling them, lost their ability to stick after 2-3 uses. The charge doesn't last that long. Love the heat feature & the store itself.

I’ve dealing with shoulder impingement syndrome for a while now. I have had steroid shots for the swelling and pain but for lack of movement I’ve gotten a frozen shoulder. This device has helped a lot with muscle contraction and the heating element at the same time feels amazing. I’ve been doing 30 mins a day and shoulder feels way better and better range of motion.

I have been suffering with sciatic nerve pain and the beurer 59 has helped me so much. I put it on my back where the nerve is hurting put it on number 6 and it help elevate the pain, I am so grateful for this device.

This is one of the best quality ems tens machine outhere. The price is reasonable. It is a german quality product. First you have to read the manual instructions for which program you wanna use. Also you have to get extra gel pads if you use your machine too much. I couldnt find the gel pads selling at best buy though. You have to buy it from beurer website. I think best buy should sell these gel pad refills for this machine. When you first use the machine it feels weird but you get use to it. This machine definitely is strong enough for muscle building.

This thing is great i still have some tinkering & adjustments to make but this is the thing i was looking for to help with my pain & I love the heat its perfect

Have used tens machine for long time, previous one quit & found this with heat option as well. Highly recommend if you have chronic back problems/spasms. Now see I could have gotten little cheaper from direct product website, but needed the next day delivery that Bestbuy offered.
